BSS Coloring Enhances Connection Performance

WiFi 6 introduces a new feature called BSS Coloring that improves WiFi connection performance even in crowded environments. When two neighboring routers send traffic on the same channel, your router must wait until the channel is clear. With BSS Coloring, your WiFi 6 router identifies its data with a unique channel tag (‘color’) different from neighboring networks. Your WiFi 6 router can then ignore signals with other colors on the channel and transmit data immediately. This significantly reduces router wait times and improves network performance.
